Anyone get Uptown #58 yet? Again it's re-treading over lists of old concerts, bilbiographies and songs P has written for others. It really does seem totally out of ideas bar correcting semantics in updates of old issues.
Some shoddy research in Frankfurt 88 review: not finding out who sang original "Just Like A Baby" when in same paragraph they even namechecked the very same Sly and Family Stone regarding another cover from show. | |

I wrote an article for Uptown back in the day, and they're really nice people to work with - I would write for them again if I had an idea to be excited about and Per was interested - I would like to see more folks who write get involved with the mag in whatever form it's in - it really could use the content. | |
