After all these years I finally see the video for Zannalee.

Holy "Betty Blue" this cut is a riot and the the sumb*tch was smacking that guitar with his medallion zinging all over the place and Sonny and Michael jamming in the back. What a refreshing blast from the past this is.

Y'all know when that camera went off- cuz'n was smacking some tag-team ass!! Prince was the shit back n'the day.

He's got the limo loaded, brings em to the crib, pours them the vino and the porno.. plays some games and sends them upstairs to warm up the mattress.

Has the class and patience to keep from ruining the pool table too!!

Those women were pretty ugly and that video was extremely low budget. But it was tolerable at least. The song is good.

For those who didn't see it.. the cut is from an off the album take with Prince dressed in red under a single spotlight in his Big Hat ala Interactive Video. Michael & Sonny are in the dark background jamming but the music isn't straight off the album, its a nice change but the vocals on the album are much better.

Cutting in and out from the studio takes are daytime shots of dressed in black in his Limo heading to his house with two quite well behaved and boring looking ladies (with decent cabooses) who look like they've spent all morning at the beauty parlor.

Maybe someone else wants to describe the pre-bedroom entertainment that goes on downstairs.

Prince didn't look right in that video. He looked sullen, emaciated, skinny (well, skinnier than usual).
