Dear Bootlegger, please release these on dvd, or at least cd-video! As discussed recently, these are on Video(I think?), but I and many other fans have never seen them!
As was done with the cdroms for the 31st Dec 1987 gig, the 1st Avenue 83 gig, the Cafe de Paris 98 gig etc... why have these CLASSICS below not been offered the same respect!? You'll sell bucket loads! Go on, do the right thang, please You could call the dvd series PRINCE: SOUND+VISION, I'm sure Bowie wouldn't mind Atlanta 6 March 1980 New York 21 March 1981 Paris 3 June 1981 Columbia 12 December 1981 Saginaw 4 February 1982 Detroit 30 November 1982 Providence 10 February 1983 Atlanta 4 January 1985 Stockholm 22 August 1986 TheLodger

p.s. I think I'm right in believing 'Atlanta 6 March 1980' isn't on video as it was taken straight from the soundboard instead right?
Video collecting isn't my thing so my knowledge is patchy, but heck, show me a decent dvd or cdrom/vid and I'll lay down my cash faster than u can say 'Blockbusters!'

Of the ones you list (from the City Lights bootleg series), only a few were filmed:

New York 21 March 1981 Paris 3 June 1981 Atlanta 4 January 1985 Stockholm 22 August 1986 The rest are just soundboard audio recordings. Of course, there are many other shows circulating on video shot by audience or professionally. A listing of concerts on video tape is provided in Turn It Up 2.0 http://www.uptown.se/2002...tiu2.shtml ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.
