Just some stories from people I know, hope you dig-em

A good friend of mine who is in the Air Force was by my house one day. He was checking out my P collection and he said" I met him before". I was kinda surprised, he was a big country fan and the last person I would expect to say this. He told me that he was in Italy, some time before 96 and he was downtown during the day (I don't remember the city). He saw a bunch of girls making a bunch of noise near this hotel so he went over to check it out. On the steps of this hotel was Prince sitting on the stairs talking to some girls. After the girls left he took a seat beside Prince he just said " hey Prince " and started talking about common stuff, were are you from, what ya doing in town ect. He said he was super cool and friendly. He did say, now don't get mad, that he was one ugly dude. He said he had on a ton a make-up. We all know he wears allot of make up, but this was in the middle of the afternoon, outside, so it probaly seemed superheavy. They talked for at least 20 minutes before my friend had to take off. I thought this was kinda cool.

On another note, my good friend here in Tokyo used to work in the dressing room at the Tokyo Dome. He was there for the famous Nude tour shows. He told me he wasn't really a fan until he saw Prince. My friend explained, that the first show at the Tokyo dome did it for him. He said Prince was almost 2 hours late due to traffic. He refused to take a helicopter which didn't help. They were playing the Thieves in the Temple promo video over and over again in the arena while the waited for him to arrive. When he finally got there, he went from his private car, basically right to the stage. My friend has and works with some of the best people in the music world, but he said he was blown away that night. He also said that Prince was shorter than himself, mind you he is Japanese and they are shorter than most Americans (I just don't want to stereo type anyone there but I think you get what I mean). He worked in Princes dressing room and got to meet him ect. He also told me about Prince and a Japanese Hostess, but I don't want to get kicked off the boards so use your imagination!

I just thought I would share these stories with you folks!

I have some, but people usually make fun of me, at least when I tried to tell them in the past, so I guess I'll just keep them to myself! :p

yea i meet him on a HIT N RUN TOUR ,,, even have a pic of us on stage together ,,, blown up and framed in gold !!! He was very cool but had alot make up on @@@ he even laugh about my wife taking a pic while i was on stage next to him ,,, im sure hes an asshole just like everybody else half the time 2 ...

Now that I remember, my former co-worker told me once that his girlfriend worked for Warner Bros. as a secretary and one day Prince walked in one of their local offices (L.A.).Apparently she was too dumbstruck to say hello!!
