NO. There isn't one that I like more than Prince.

Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson are my musical heroes, but I've always loved me some Prince. He's definately in my top 5 favorite artists.

I like The Beatles & Led Zeppelin more than Prince. However, I have more CDs by Prince (offical, boot, & associates) than either one of those acts.

I wonder if anybody who posted here spends the same amount of time on websites of the folks they say they like more.

Even though Prince and I are and odds right now and I'm feverishly cheating on him with other music while his CDs collect dust on the shelf ... I WILL NEVER LOVE ANOTHER ARTIST MORE THAN PRINCE.

I think he will always be my first choice in the piles, for making me appreciate music in ways I never imagined, but I must say I appreciate and feel to have the most respect for The Beatles.. They were doin their thang before the majority was, and they set some major standards. I dont think I have to mention how beautiful and timeless their music is, it speaks for itself. The Beatles music is so above and beyond. Period.

I have to say Mike Patton, he does so many different things and is so unconventional. He blows me away sometimes. I dont want to compare but a new group with Patton, or a new Prince CD on the same shelf, only money for one? Prince gets it. Then I will go to the ATM and come right back for Pattons latest project.

Check out Disco Valenta by Mr bungle. One of my favs. He also did Lovage with Daneil Merrywether. Some great stuff, he can really sing, I mean really sing and he plays some weird instruments. ( sorry about the spelling, Im hopeless with out spell check!)
