Prince's Best Period Albums I was just thinking what were my FAVORITE Prince period albums...
But first you have to break down what those periods were. In general I think this was the best way I could break these down... 1. For You - Dirty Mind 2. Controversy - Purple Rain 3. Around the World In A Day - Sign "O" the Times 4. Black Album - Graffiti Bridge 5. Gold Nigga - Gold Experience 6. Girl 6 - The Vault 7. Rave Unto the Joy Fantastic - N.E.W.S. My votes would have to be: 1. Dirty Mind 2. Purple Rain 3. Around the World In A day 4. Lovesexy 5. Gold Experience 6. New Power Generation 7. Rainbow Children Let see what Ya'll think... then we'll weed it down "So strange that no one stayed at the end of the Parade..." - Wendy & Lisa's "Song About" on their 1987 self-titled album.

When I'm having my period, I like "The Vault: Old Friends For Sale." It's mellow and goes quite well with a cup of Cramp Bark tea.
