I have the Kokusai and Budokan bootleg DVD's and they are great, but soundquality is always better with official releases...

I will buy it but an edited concert is pretty disappointing. In an age where companies are stuffing DVDs with awesome Xtras, leave it to Prince to give you less than what you want!

Another case in point: the Rave DVD. It tells you on the packaging that there are 'Bonus Groovez' but what it doesn't tell you is that they're just snippets & not the entire jams/songs! Aaaarrrggghhh!!!

I certainly won't be buying it from NPGMC.

For starters, I'm in Europe, so I'll be waiting for a superior PAL version once it hits retail.

nope. i have found complete versions elsewhere. if it were a complete show i would buy it just for the superior quality, but as it is...even with great quality its still a sucky deal.

i still find it funny that prince talked about "free the music" but releases an 80 minute video of a 2 1/2 hour show. and it was one of his best tours! at the very least he should make the full show available to members of the club. maybe then there would be a reason to join.
