True telnet, you can send an email with every emailadres as sender you want.
So i can send you an email andit appears to you, that npgmc@npgonlineltd.com is the sender.

The way to find out, if they are the real sender, is to look at the header of the email. The header-details contain information on the various smtp/pop3 servers the email went true.
When the email was actually send true npgonlineltd,you should see the mail.npgonlineltd.com or smtp.npgonlineltd.com as sending server.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to access the header-details. But this goes for all npgmc emails.

What I mean: could be fake...if it wasn't also posted on the npgmc forum.

heres' what i think he will do:

Simply walk in the courtroom,dump them all over the judge's bench like letters to St Nick, turn on his heels (a la "answer me muthafucka!"), put his shades on, suck a tootsie pop and wait while everyone falls under the magic of his spell.

the existence of such items has been proven, case made. having ever single copy of the cds is impossible and pointless

he can buy one of each from ebay if he needs to have them on hand

as for bootlegs. yes they are wrong but i doubt he has any case going on there and he just tacked it on to see if we would follow to the slaughter

Now just imagine if every fan sent in their copies of all these cds and their bootlegs. How could that one address handle such a volume of material and how in the world could Prince ever take all this to court and why would he want too? It would probably fill half the landfills in this country.

I can't understand if he is so worried about this, why doesn't he start selling them himself? and than get over it.

I'm sure Paul Mccartney has more important things to think about than the fact that Michael Jackson owns the right to his music.
