1st Prince Aladdin DVD review (don't read if u wish 2 b suprised!) Well, I was very fortunate to see the upcoming DVD last night and it was very very cool.
It has some weird angles which makes it unique. Between tracks is either auidence freeze frames or shots of Prince & the band. I am not going too much into detail just to not ruin it for others. We all enjoyed it but when it was over, we were like that's it? I saw paradise7 & funkbible, Peggy of the detroitcrawl, I saw ALL the goils of Chi-town. (Looking funky on stage, Jill) Big Pimp Frank, Barbi/Live4Love, & several others. I really enjoyed the DVD. I just wish it was longer and perhaps was the entire damn show. I have 2 say that "Whole Lotta Love" rocked n "Gotta Broken Heart Again" were very hella cool n digged "Pass the Peas" 2. "Strange Relationship" is in a class by itself. My review? Very good n a must buy but way too short. Hope club members get a choice of a different version. j7 http://www.thebumpsquad.com 777update.com coming b4 2020. bump Squad viewing party coming soon. Music Club commerical track.
intro is watching some fans enter the Aladdin n someone getting into a Limo n seeing Prince billboards all over Vegas. It shows stills from the soundcheck that day n says on December 15th, 2002... [This message was edited Sun Jul 20 9:00:40 PDT 2003 by jseven] Silence Speaks A Thousand Words. | |

Umm, u didn't really go into that much detail jseven said: Between tracks is either auidence freeze frames or shots of Prince & the band.
What does that sound like? Anyone? Miles Davis - Miles Live In Paris 3/11/89 ? Im convinced Prince is more and more modeling himself on Miles. And that's a good thing! Things that point to this: - The silence dedication to Miles on the "Rave" CD - The Jazzy sound the music is headed - The instrumental CD's (like Miles Cd's) - Constant props in interviews ...and now the Las Vegas DVD sounds like it's edited in a similar fashion to the "Miles In Paris" DVD with the freeze frames between tracks, hmmm.
