All that says is that apparently he hasn't apologized to those two people. Don't know if you can extrapolate from that small sample that Prince doesn't apologize. Look hard enough it's real easy to find two people who don't like a person, especially someone famous. Regardless, Prince's reputation for being an ass was alot worse at the height of his popularity than it is now.
