there is definitely some strange coincidences and an even more strange relationsip between the two. stevie wrote a song called "1,000 days" which is about her relationship with prince, and more specifically, about the last time she saw him. his influence helped to create "stand back" and he obviously was interested enough to fly her to mpls and hang out for the day. who knows what kind of boost to prince's ego it would have been for him to bed the then queen of rock...since he was the prince. hmmm...

I don't think he ever "beded" her, contrary to popular belief, Prince didn't sleep with every women he knew, sure he may have made a play for them (*coughteenamariecough*), but that doesn't mean he always got them

i don't think he actually slept with her...i only said that it would have been a boost to his ego if he did.

oh, okay nod
and for the record, i agree with you. it would be caziness to think he bedded every woman he worked with...what about the lesbians? lol

lol true, though Alex Hahn said he had a brief affair with lisa, lol, looks like he shoulda done his research before writing that, lol

Remember that Prince wrote the song "Lisa" and yes it was about Lisa Coleman so don't be supriced if Alex were right.

I know he wrote that for her, he (and all the guys according to bobby z) had a crush on her when she first joined the band, and wrote that for her. Just becuase he liked her and wrote a song for her doesn't mean he slept with her(as alex said). Rememebr, lisa don't dig men like that.

okay,
Well you probably already know that she opened for him in 1980, well there was this rumor that Prince really liked teena and started sending her flowers and little notes, cryptically of course, he never put his name on anything. Well he apprently let his tounge slip and told someone how he felt about her(jill), and it got back to teena's camp, and back to mr. james.
So, that's one of the rumored reasons why rick can't stand Prince. I'm not saying this is true, but I wouldnt be surprised if it was.
Funny how he hooked up with jill later, huh?
So that's the teena story.
