Ideas for PRINCE's next tour??? Well honestly i think if PRINCE does put something together for this summer or fall it wont be very extensive and probably will be a club type tour. I think the vibe will still be TRC album and the ONE NITE ALONE cd and NEWS and EXPECTATION,i for one would love it if every track played was from these CDS and anything old played was something never played( maybe some TRUTH tracks or CHAOS tracks). But hopefully he brings it to NYC, he tore up this city when he played in APRIL 2002, easily my favorite PRINCE shows, concert, soundcheck and afterparty, and right up front for it all. "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

If there's really a tour, it will most likely be a very small tour. I doubt there will be any outside US dates.
Maybe he should really wait for next year and start another "world" tour then. You know why ...

I would like to see him play smaller venues. I would like to see him play one song (minimum) from each album in order. Full versions of the songs. I loved the jazzy version of Dorthy Parker from Jay Leno. What a great version of that song!

I'd like to see a 3 hour show of one long improvised jazz style instrumental!
Prince could charge $300 per ticket, plus another $300 for an aftershow. At the aftershow, I'd like 4 hours of improvised jazz style, plus a new song called "Xtortion", written especially for the fams. Instead of passes, we'd get sharp sticks that we could stick in our eyes to amuse ourselves. Yeah! this would be cool! .

He should a world tour in big venues sponsored by a big company and backed by a big record label like Arista. It should a tour of all of his albums and songs and it will be big with a nice stage set. The show will include 1 or 2 singles from each of his albums and he'll change costumes with every album. The tour will start with one big live show on a major network, like what Michael and Janet Jackson have done. BLEEP BLEEP!

My idea is for him to not perform any song of his created after 1996. "You need people like me so you can point your fuckin' fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." "

Larry G. wouldn't approve of that, so it won't happen. "You need people like me so you can point your fuckin' fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." "

He should do a free concert in Central Park like Diana Ross did, and so many after her. All the critics love him in NY!!!

That'd be good.I wonder how much of a crowd he'd draw though? As long as he dusts off 'Partyup' he can do what he likes.

He should do a small town tour. Like, oh, I don't know, maybe, just off the top of my head, Topeka Kansas. Just a thought.
