OK, in the late 80's Prince made and fully recorded Madhuse 24. This LP was shelved yet all of side 2 was put on an Eric Leeds CD.

In the mid 90s when Prince was pluging Exodus and The gold experience he also advertised the second attempt at the album. Again it was fully recorded and the first track from it can be found on 1800-NEW-FUNK.

Both version of the album can be found on bootlegs.

One from '88 (follows on from the first two).

The '93 version was completely different (they didn't share any tracks) and total wank (my opinion!)

There was also Brass Monkey, an unfinished Madhouse project - That's in Days Of Wild for anyone who wants to look it up, I can't remember when it was from, but I know it's after 24 [1].

Eric Leeds' Times Squared also has quite a few Prince/Eric tracks on there including The Dopamine Rush, which is part of 24 [1]

Tracklists:

24 [1]
17(penetration)
18 (r u legal yet)
19 (a girl and her puppy)
20 (jailbait)
(21-24) The dopamine rush suite (my favourite track).

It does kinda follow on from 16 (it's very late 87/88/89 - you can hear the progression on the album at that time, it's a little 16/Black Album a little Batman (19 was retitled "The Batman Theme" and offered for the film at one point BTW).

24 [2]
17 (not the same as on the above).
Rootie kazootie
Space (an instrumental version)
Guitar segue
Asswoop
Etheral segue
Parlor games
Micheal segue
Got 2 give it up (The Marvin Gaye song)
Sonny segue

I do believe a couple of the tracks had other titles earlier on. 17 (the 1993 version) was released on 1800 New Funk.

The 1993 one I didn't really enjoy, it has very little in common with the previous Madhouse albums, in fact Xpectation could have carried the name Madhouse and I would have seen it as a fitting continuation for the Madhouse brand.

I was in love with 16 for a while, so that's a huge compliment to Xpectation - now 16 and I are just fuck buddies, but damn is it HOT when we get together! biggrin

Incorrect about the transfer of tracks to Eric's album - see Romance1600's post.
