WHY is Prince's SCREAM # 1 SAMPLE in Techno/House music, is it an offical sample? It's pretty hard not to hear in any Techno / House track from 1988 to 2003 the (in)famous Prince's loud scream. I think it's the # sample in techno / House music.
Why? His short and tight scream is just too hypnotising and WEIRD… Does anybody know if this scream is an official sample? | |

I'VE HEARD PRINCE SCREAM SAMPLES IN SO MANY SONGS.I STARTED TO WRITE HIM ABOUT IT,BUT THOUGHT IT WOULD NEVER BE READ ANYWAY.
BELIEVE IT OR NOT, I'VE HEARD HIS SCREAM IN PORN MUISC,TOO AND HAVE HEARD "COVERS" OF SONGS IN THOSE MOVIES.I THINK THEY ARE CALLED "INTERPOLATIONS".THAT HAS REALLY HAPPENED A LOT. "I'm a pig..so,magic elixir I swill" | |

I heard this same thing on the radio that was playing in my class, I got excited thinking it was a Prince sample, and my teacher thought it was too. It was JB? Weird. Personally . I think we are all Boring with No Lives cause all we do is talk about Prince,Criticize and Gossip. I need a Horny Man is what I Need and probably so do most of yas. What other Prince samples have you heard in house/techno? I can recall a couple:
"white, black, puerto rican everybody just a freakin" - from Uptown, looped in a song that was on a mark farina CD "do i believe in God, do I believe in me" - from Controversy, heard this on a hard house song at a club in DC and there are some more but i cant remember rite now | |
