Prince has more than enough money, and if he doesn't it's entirely his fault. Just because I downloaded Wonderful Ass on Kazaa makes me a thief? I think not.

If I found the door of the vault open and I could steal every single unreleased track Prince has ever recorded and then sell all of them for big money, I'd do it without any hesitation.

Get a life.

Prince was paid for those shows that he performed. Prince didn't press those bootlegs. Prince didn't distribute and mail those bootlegs. He wasn't willing to do the work. No guilt from this muthafucka for buying them.

isnt it about whether its fair to download songs that havent been released and have rather somehow been leaked.

as for saying you dont owe prince anything...well he doesnt owe us anything either.

2 things:

1.) Purchasing bootlegs only INREASED my interest in Prince's music and his concerts, so it actually ADDED to his income.

2.) I would GLADLY fork over any money I spent on any of this stuff to him if he ever chose to make it available. Dude could use a page form the Grateful Dead/Pearl Jam/Phish approach.

Trust me. Prince has plenty ofmy money.
