Does prince have a child? Or did he? I vaguely remember when he was on Oprah with his wife (years ago) and I swear remember him talking about having a child and it was sick...like really sick. Is this true or am I just thinking of something else?

If so what happened? What kind of sickness did it have?

Where have ya been? The child, Baby Gregory, died due to Pfeiffer's Syndrome, where the bones of the skull don't fuse together. Belief is it lies somewhere in Prince's genes (no pun intended).
