Actually, I think it's a metaphor for his record company. Delores seems to be a woman who has a ravenous appetite despite being well-fed, and who wants P to keep the conversation topic geared towards sex. He gets fed up with her, decides not to feed her anymore, wants to "pick another subject," and when he's run out of tricks to turn, he says, "that's the end."
I think the hidden meaning of the song is that WB continued to push him to sell multi-platinum when he had given them more than enough record sales.
