'Possessed: The Rise And Fall Of Prince'!

Looks like it's finally hit the shelves people!

I haven't had chance to read any yet but I'm gonna dive in with an open mind later on. I'll be very interested to hear what other people have to say about this.

I only went into to see what singles/albums were released today and - lo and behold - there it was!

It'a actually part of a '3 for the price of 2' book deal as well. So if there's any other titles you like you may pick up a bargain.

I saw one copy at my local used bookstore for $15.00 and I still did not buy it. I will not buy this trashy book even though I know some things are true, but I also know that many of the so called truths have been embelished in order to make Prince look stranger than he really is. We all know the man is different and we also all know that at one time he was very unusual and into some kinky stuff, but I don't want to read any kind of gossip. I will wait for the real story from the man himself. Besides, I've heard that there are numerous incorrect bits of info in this book, even though the author apparently interviewed many people that used to be close to Prince. If you're going to write about someone, get the stories straight first.
