no black mutha funkas in da house

What boot did that came from. I downloaded it last night and I really dig this live tune. It's too bad they didn't leave the song race in after. They only had the very beginning then it cuts off.

Was it the official version from Goldnigga?

Edit:
Probably not if it had part of the next song. I would do a search at www.guide2prince.org as I'm sure it wasn't played a lot live and it should be fairly easy to figure out when he played it back to back with Race.

I believe the version you have is the same as it is on Goldnigga CD. I don't think there were any other versions.

There's an aftershow from 1993 called "This is My Night" in which Black MF in the House is played...Race is also on the boot although I can't remember offhand if it followed Black MF. It is possible that what you found was an MP3 of part of that performance.

Black MF in the House (studio version) was included on "Goldnigga" by the NPG with Tony M and Prince vocals.

I did a quick search and it was performed live on at least 20 boots.

I noticed that he performed it live with Race as the next song on a cd called Aftershow 1993. It was recorded in Paris on September 1, 1993. The same show is also on a cd called Paris Aftershow 1993 and that seems to be the better known version.

Okay the best known version of this show is called "Live at the Rex". It must be a pretty good show if it has been reissued with that many names smile

Also check out the chicago aftershow 1993, he killed Black MF on this one. Also on this same show Buddy Miles sat in on a few cuts and Malcolm Jamal Warner from the Cosby Show jumped up and rapped on a cut!!
