Prince opened Paisley Park last night (June 7)?

Overheard at The Detroit Crawl party at The Purple Pit -- Prince opened up Paisley Park for his birthday. Not tpp sure if anything happened.

If The Park was open (likely the NPGMC/Love4OneAnother Room) then it must have came after Prince and Mani attended the Dixie Chicks gig at the St. Paul Exel Center.

Anyone have more info?

he didn't open it to the public.

however, as stated on the dixie chicks official website about an hour ago, the dixie chicks stopped ...ir concert and recorded a new acoustic version of "right the wrong" with prince.

the acoustic version (now entitled "right the wrongs") features new lyrics about the record industry, kirky j, tony m, larry & tina graham, and many other aspects of both prince's personal and professional life over the last 7 years.

prince will be charging npgmc members $50 to download the exclusive track at www.npgmc.com on the second tuesday of next week.

Rumor has it that the Dixie Chicks will soon leave their label and sign on to Paisley Park.

In a rare return to form, Prince will produce the new all girl protege group that will now be known as Dixie 6.

To commemorate the event all three members will change their names to: Natalie M, Martie S, and Emily E.

i heard that... the first single off of their debut npg album will be that old prince classic: the unreleased "vibrator".

it'll be the first ever country music video to be shown on bet uncut.
