His stubbornness. With 25 years in the biz,he really ought to patch things up with WB and get his back catalog remastered .His 80s CDs are some of the worst ones(sound- wise ) out there and Im sure he knows it.And why not release a few classic outtakes while your at it?Sure they dont sound hip or current but theyre not supposed to.Hoarding them isnt doing anybody any good.Imagine the possibilities of a Elvis Costello type rerelease plan : Each album from "For You" thru "TGE" remastered with extra tracks and 12" mixes included. 1999,PR,ATWIAD,Parade,and GB could all have 2 discs.
