People don’t like what they don’t understand and personally I think that’s why music is the way it is today. Take prince music for example, here’s a artist whom I believe makes music from his soul. He doesn’t care what anybody thinks he just does what is inspired and continue to listen 2 the vision that’s in his heart, yet Prince gets trashed on, because we either don’t like the words he’s saying or we simply do not understand where he is coming from. I believe when you’re a artist you have to fight between what the people wants or what you as a artist want. To me the definition of a true artist will remain doing what’s in his heart rather we understand or not. This is what makes them so different from everybody else. They have a different understanding of things then try to bring it out, the most creative way as possible and for most prts it’s always misunderstood. People are afraid to be who they are, even though you shouldn’t care about what people say, deep inside you do care, especially when it comes to the many talents of what one may have. So the next time you get ready to critize somebody for something they’ve created and you just simply don’t understand you just think about this……. If you where a artist what would be important to you, what in your heart or what people have to known by ??? Think about it ??
