Sign 'O' Times version of Forever In My Life I was just listening to it this morning and it still amazes me.
Towards the end of the song after he includes "It", he sing screams, TeLLL Yah! I listen to that song just for that part. It sounds like some really raw emotion he must have pulled from the bottom of his SOUL! By reading this I hope y'all can feel my enthusiam for this song. I got to give it to him. I'm a woman and i can't even hit that note. People show your love for that cut. I guess the recording of the movie was done around the time him and his then fiancee' Susannah was having trouble. | |

easily one of my most fave Prince moments ever, don't you just love the accoustic guitar intro. I also adore the blues break in ICNTTPOYM, oh and the horns in The cross with Prince doing the wild thing with axe, oh and the dance in Hot Thing where he dives through Cats legs!!. Shit is this THE best video ever ?. | |

This is one of the first things I got off of Napster.
I never liked this on the SOTT album, but when I seen this live, it became one of my all time favorites. The outfit, the attitude, the acoustic guitar and the re-arrangement of the song was funky as hell. That is what makes Prince very original and cool!!! Stuff like that always pulls me back in when I am feeling like he has gone way out in left field. . "

One of my favourite Prince moments was also an 'It' thing. When he played in Melbourne on the D&P tour, he did an amazing performance of It combined with Thieves in the Temple. The song switched between one and the other, with the Thieves part mainly spoken softly, only to break out in screams 'I THINK ABOUT IT BABY ALL THE TIME OH YEAH!'. It was fantastic!
