It's alive! It's alive!

I, The Educated Youngin, am proud to say that within approximately three months time have brought to life one of my greatest creations. With my psychotic-obsession files of Prince, help from the org, caffeine, and the repetition of watching Purple Rain (not of the strategy, she just really liked the kissing scenes and I had no problem watching his tiny tush in the end) a new fan has been born.

Subject's name: Jamie
Age: 15
She approached me one rainy morning in school carrying in her arms an Algebra binder engaged with many Justin Timberlake photos on the cover and back. She says to me, "Oh Educated Youngin, you speak of Prince in the most extraordinary ways. Please, teach me all you know of this man. For I urn for once listen to good music and settle away from the depths of *Nsync and Britney Spears."
Knowing it would be difficult I, The Educated Youngin, accepted this challenge. I started small - burning her copies of Sign O' The Times, Dirty Mind, Lovesexy, The Gold Experience, prince , Batman, and so on and so forth. Everyday she would come to me with excitement and glee. I knew by the twinkle in her eye that she was ready to see him in action. I took her home with me and introduced her to my video collection. She was hooked. We made a night of Prince. Watching video, after live performances, viewing picture after picture, listening to track after track, after bootleg after b-side. She made me proud. She looked like a kid in a candy store tasting a new and yummy-to-the-tummy candy for the first time. And I, The Educated Youngin, felt like the ice cream man on a hot summer day that doesn't stop, just makes the children run after him. I don't know why I felt that way. Maybe it was the Kohl’s commercial that was just recently on. Or maybe it was the all the caffeine mixed in with my weirdness that gave me this feeling. But what ever was the reason for giving me this feeling, I, The Educated Youngin, liked it.

New Subject! A small town female who prefers the heavy metal side of the music world, though she still really likes Prince.
New Subject's Name: Tiffany
