PRINCE VINYL RECORDS (the old and the new) Tell me about your Prince vinyl. What do you have? Do you have THE BLACK ALBUM on viny? how bout the Beautiful Exp? Or Come, or the singe for Come On? What about his older stuff. SOTT,4U. Last year I found a few 12" singles from Emancipation. I was also lucky to find SOTT unopened in the plastic wrapping with the big blue heart sticker on ther cover as well as ATWIAD(boy w/baloon). -------------------------------------------------

i've got for you through 1999 and the 12" of "i wish u heaven", far as prince goes. other chit:
 the time: their 1st album, what time is it? and ice cream castle
apollonia & vanity 6 (just found apple's album last month at some wrecka sho here in mpls)
jesse johnson's revue...and a 12" of "be your man" on pink vinyl
andre cymone, livin' in the new wave and the 12" of "the dance electric"
...there's another wrecka sho comin up on the 7th of june, i'm gonna be there huntin 4 mo' good stuff...  | |

I wonder why they haven't re-released the SOTT CD with the pics from the actual vinyl (Prince's legs and Cat in the background/Prince looking up outside a window)? It would also be cool to see the actual CD with some of the artwork of the "trashed set." | |

I've got all of the 7" singles and 12" Albums (through Lovesexy, when I switched to CD's) and Maxi's. I still peep the used bins for 12" Remixes I don't have by proteges.
I picked up a couple of Shiela E 12" Maxi's last weekend for $1.99 each: Hold Me/The World Is High and Belle Of St. Mark (Dance Remix)/Too Sexy. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
