Live_Shows Have 2 admit that i don't know of many artists who can still play so damn well live- especially after all these years. P is a genius. Nothing gets me more upset than these 'artists' who go in the studio and then cannot recapture any of the energy live.

IMO Prince is the opposite as he can't recapture the energy of his live shows in the studio.

Maybe I should add that when u listen 2 a prince cd and then see him live, u r not disappointed. U want more and more. Same goes 4 someone like Carlos Santana. This is the magic. This is the real music.

i gotta catch him live 4sho. I recently saw the Santana show and i gotta say that most of the people were terrible. They just stood there. Man if u stand and do nothin' when Santana is playing u gotta question why ur there i think. Hell even the heads were still. No movement. Dead bunch.

A lot of his 90's stuff sounded overproduced. And how much tighter did the SOTT concert film sound compared to the studio album. TRC has more of a live feel to it. This is one of the great mysteries of my life.

MJ? Maybe twenty years ago. Too much plastic and outdated choreography to be interesting.

I like the Lenny DVD but was disappointed because it could have been more. I like the doco but i would have preffered 2 c the whole concert alone without anything overlayed on top. The rest should have been an xtra. The bonus is ofcourse great but don't mess with the concert. Leave it like the people @ the show saw it.
