Here's my take on the book:


It's a bullshit book. Sorry, velvetsqaush and others, but I'd rather read "purple reign" than this.


This is why I feel this way:

1.This guy is way off base here, he misspells names, get facts wong, ect.

2. The "source" thing. I realize that there are some people who sometimes don'twant their name revealed for certain reasons, but come on. Hahn seems to only use the "source" thing when backing up/talking about rumors. Like the apollonia thing, "a source on the set confrimd this". You know? Everytime you see that "source" thing it's ususally(if not always) used for gossip/hearsay/rumor, ect.

3.the whole "he had his own agena thing". I do think this is true. Noyt because of the whole uptown thing but becase of general attitude twords Prince. (I.E. the whole bono comment).

I don't know, the book just doesn't sit right with me. If you don't agree with me, fine.
I'm not bashing hahn as a person, I just think he's a terrible writer, and if he really wants to pursue writing futher should take a job for the enquire, he'd be perfect there.
