My options at Prince.org do not allow any emails to be sent to this address so unless I know this person, I find it hard to imagine how they would be able to get hold of this information. (That said, it would not be too hard to understand who Anji was based on my previous NPGMC subscription's username).

PaisleyPark9 has requested that I do not directly reprint the email 'in full' but I wanted to share two pieces of information with you all. Firstly, he/she asks why I have not joined NPGMC this year. (It's true, I haven't joined yet). Secondly, and most strangely, he/she then goes on to say that the membership charge will be waived if I would like to reconsider joining. The specific terms he/she uses is 'free but limited membership 2 NPGMC Year 3.' That's all it states with regards the limitations.

Has anybody else received this type of email and if so, what do you all think? I'm guessing this must be a joke but I can't work out how, or why, anyone would consider doing this. Also, should I agree to these terms?!

Sounds like a spoof to me Anji... email is obviously very easy to fake, so I wouldn't take it seriously. However you could always email NPGMC and ask
