I always understood it as referring to Satan's world being given a time to rule over humanity. It's an invisible deed cuz it's false and does not offer everlasting life. "That...magic, the start of something revolutionary-the Minneapolis Sound, we should cherish it and not punish prince for not being able to replicate it."-Dreamshaman32 | |

NPS - how did you get that? The Wise One is not Satan, so whatever the invisible deed is, it was one that was enough to silence the noise of the non-believers and make them return to MendaCity.
I do not profess to know what this deed was, but it certainly has no evil connotations. I think the main point is that while the non-believers are unruly and unreasonable (making demands for compensation etc), the Wise One can remain calm and assured, safe in the knowledge that he knows the truth and that he will eventually win over the Banished Ones. The peaceful approach, the invisible deed, is enough to quell the clamour whilst focus is centred on the Work. Just my take, but I can't see anything that refers this passage to Satan. ...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...
