i was wondering if anyone out there seen Prince on the american music awards i forget what year(think 95) but the time when he was on stage with a bunch of different artist and they were singing "we are the world" and he was standing there in a yellow suit wearing sunglasses, sporting a cane, and sucking on a lollipop and a irratated Quincy jones came up to him and stuck a microphone in his face and he then stuck his lollipop in quincy's face...this scene was classic...does anyone out ther have a pic they can post of this?

i kinda remember that...what i do remember about it was how pathetic it was for all those artist to try to recapture the magic that We ARe the World first had on the country back in 85...it just wasnt happenin again but mabye prince was the only one to realize it

It was in 95 but I believe it was the American Music Awards, the same night that Prince received the Award of Merit and he performed the Gold Experience tracks.
