My lucky day (Bought some rare Prince cds 4 next to nothing) Firstly I went to HMV and bought Madonna's "Like a prayer" for £5.99. Okay it's not rare but that's how my day started.
Then in my lunch time I went to a second hand shop and got Jill Jones on CD (No fake) for £6, and a CENSORD version of for £5. Not bad huh! I thought the edited only came out on vynal and tape, and I'm very impressed with Jill Jones for just £6. I'll listen to these while I work on my new web site. NOTE: THIS ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSED. Before it was completely out of print and a collectors item, I once saw a cut-out copy of the Jill Jones CD at a drug store for two dollars. TWO DOLLARS!!! And did my stupid ass buy it? Of course not. "I have it on tape," I remember thinking. "That's good enough." I'm such a jack-ass sometimes.

I'm still holding out for a The Family, A6 and the Madhouse CDs though - I couldn't live with myself if I paid the collectors price then found them cheap!

I got Madhouse on CD in 1993 for $8.00; Jill Jones on CD in 1989 (!) for 10.00 (still in the CD box they used to use); and The Family, on vinyl, last year for $20.00. Still looking for Madhouse 16. I got Apollonia 6 on c.d. for 2 bucks
The other protege stuff I've never found on c.d., just vinyl, which is quite cheap, so that's good enough for me [This message was edited Fri May 2 12:10:51 PDT 2003 by lovebizzare] [This message was edited Fri May 2 12:11:47 PDT 2003 by lovebizzare] ~KiKi
