Officially released TV appearances Some days ago Prince's performance at TFI Friday/BBC from 1999 was released on the show's official youtube channel.
Some other broadcasts have been released officially on YT before, but not many that I know of. Here's my list:
1980, The Midnight Special,
1994, Letterman, Are there any others I forgot/don't know of?

. Ah yes, there is only one broadcaster in the UK. Everything is broadcast by the BBC. . You could just read the description and discover the correct channel, BTW. . Also, TopPop wasn't the source for the two broadcasts from 1999. TopPop is the YouTube channel, but the broadcasts are from "TV Show". Again, this is documented in the description.

Sorry, I just wanted to provide some useful information here.
I have not very much knowledge of the british broadcasting system. Description says Channel 4. Whose Channel 4 is it, then, if not the BBCs?
Yes, TopTop is the TY channel. I didn't say anything else, did I?

kindofblue said: Whose Channel 4 is it anyway? Answer: Well it ain’t BBC’s, it is and was the fourth channel on the UK, which started broadcasting in the mid 1980’s. Whereas the BBC is funded by the UK television license fee, Channel 4, although publicly owned, generates income by solely by commercial activities, such as adverts and selling programmes elsewhere. It had a history of great music programmes, such as The Tube, and The White Room in the 80s and 90s but that tailed off a bit after that. Prince appeared on Channel 4’s TFI show, The White Room and a reboot of The Tube during the 90s, as well as a few times on the BBC’s Top of the Pops. https://princevault.com/i...ows_(1990) There may or may not be something coming!
