I remember hearing this track years ago, but I had no idea Prince cleared the sample for free.

That AI slop thumbnail is the thing that's cursed.

Being from the region where this song was REALLY popular back in the day ("I gots to get paid, I gots to move on/went from Motorola to a Primeco phone"), it's nice to know that Prince cut these dudes a break with the Little Red Corvette sample. It's not like the song was about stupid stuff like selling drugs/violence/N & B words, etc...
