.

A solid-body electric guitar, 'Custom Yellow Cloud', bearing a nameplate on the reverse, PROPERTY OF PRN MUSIC CORP (612) 474-6630 / PN 16644, the body with carved scrolled motif, the body and headstock all finished in an opaque yellow lacquer, fitted with one EMG sync coil pickup at the neck and one EMG humbucking pickup at the bridge, mounted with a Floyd Rose adjustable bridge and tailpiece and locking nut, Prince's Love Symbol applied to the neck and fingerboard as position markers; together with various picks, a hardshell case, and a modern free-standing glass display cabinet with bespoke stand, believed to be the first Andy Beech Cloud guitar made in early 1993 and used on stage by Prince during the Act II Tour, 1993, including at the impromptu tour finale appearance at Bagley's, London, 8 September 1993

The estimated worth is listed at 100K,
but then the write up has a few questionables.
This being the standout:

"Accounts of the Bagley's performance (8SEP1993) recall a raucous evening, with Mavis Staples making an appearance, and a final encore which ended in Prince throwing his yellow Cloud guitar to the ground."

"Zeke Clarke also states in his letter: In 1994 he broke the neck of this guitar at a French T.V. show. After returning to U.S.A. I repaired neck & installed the first Floyd Rose set up Prince ever played... As well as installing the Floyd Rose Tremolo, Zeke Clark appears to have removed the original output jack from the middle of the swirl on the body and restored the area, with an entire respray to the body and replacement symbol fret marker decals."

"No photos or footage seem to exist with Prince playing this guitar with the current Floyd Rose set up."

Welcome to "the org", nayroo2002… life, it ain't real funky unless it's got that pop

I thought he stopped playing the cloud in 93 (after the Bagleys show) and didn’t return to using it until 1999 (or something like that).
.
The guitar with the broken neck on French TV in 94 probably would have been the symbol guitar (drops it on the floor quite hard at the end of the performance)

It was reported back n the day that he played a cloud guitar and smashed it on stage when he playd the HOuse of Blues in '94.
