.

I presume this is another attempt to profit from the "Stranger Things" bump?

It's just a visualizer. Not a new concept. I don't think they're buying a company lunch from the revenue for this video.

At least it would a nice detail when the vinyl trackspace match the original vinyl. That’s no purple rain in the last track wink

I thought about that. It's such a simple detail to figure out.

I don't even want to click on the video to give them a view. I'd love to know why they think this is worth the effort -- the very, very little effort.

At least the Pop Life animated video had some nostalgic video clips and interesting concept art. Surely the estate doesn't think a simulated album spinning satisfies people's reconnection with vinyl.

Waiting for new music from the Prince Estate has become as void of hope as looking for new "experiences" on LotusFlower.com or NPG Music Club...

I would never have believed that a business would ACTIVELY refuse my money. Cheers, Prince Estate -- you've helped me saved for retirement despite my best efforts! lol

I love it. And more importantly I respect them for it being the true album version and not the radio edit. And that the record is an actual representation of what the record looked like. Baby steps. I never expect much from this bunch but this is not bad. Well, more importantly they did not screw it up.

There. Fixed it.

By the way, it's a decade in. They aren't allowed baby step anymore. They need to act grown.
