This really is a very enjoyable rehearsal! Some nice gems are being played. Disc I - Slow Love: Version #3 15:09 (without intro) - this is marked as the Foefur remix but less complete?

Nope. It's the rhythm that sounds slowed down. to me. it's played faster, especially live after Play In The Sunshine. I somehow remember from other rehearsals where is was played faster. Im no expert though... "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves. And wiser people so full of doubts." (Bertrand Russell 1872-1972)

I think Foefur shifted the trakcmarker and the “missing piece” is in the song before / after and not missing in the whole part. The speed part next to the pitch can also affect the length Ich bin bei der Neue Kraft Bewegung

I haven’t been able to track down the pitch corrected version, but even the slightly slower version is astounding. Hearing Crystal Ball played live is an absolute treat. I love the idea of Sheila’s drum solo moment being on this song vs. Now’s The Time. Only the baddest band could pull off a beast like CB and do it justice, and they nailed it. U Got The Look is probably the best arrangement I’ve heard of it. And the long version Slow Love is one of the best Prince rehearsal moments ever captured on tape. They clearly had a blast playing together. The GCS songs on disc 2 are ridiculously funky. I only wish Tell Me What It Is was longer. Nasty track. Hearing some of these rare songs played live, it’s hard not to imagine what a Crystal Ball tour might have sounded like, will all of the songs from that album played in order. Even if he didn’t have the nerve to tour it, he could have filmed it, creating a loose storyline connecting the songs. What a masterpiece it could have been. Thank you to whom ever freed this. Unbelievable listing.
