Shouldn't they then finally see we ( I at least ) don't need the mugs,bedlinens, sweaters,underwear etc etc

Seeing the General Discussion page today is depressing. Remember all those years when it was striving with constant convos about just everything and nothing?

I would love to know how many active users were on the org 10 years ago, and how many today.

It feels more and more like a retirement home for the elder. Soon they'll have to hire nurses as moderators

I've asked Claude to compute the average/median age of the fans based on the "Average Prince Fam / Fan Age" thread.

It extracted the following ages from the copy/pasted pages: "25, 31, 34, 37, 40, 43, 47, 49, 49, 49, 49, 51, 53, 55, 55, 55, 55, 55, 57, 58, 59, 61, 63, 83"

"The median (52) is close to the mean (50.5), which suggests the distribution is fairly balanced. The 83-year-old is a bit of an outlier on the high end, and the 25-year-old on the low end, but they roughly cancel each other out."

It doesn't exactly look like a retirement home yet, but it will in 10-15 years.
