Jughead (Diamonds and Pearls)

Slave (Emancipation)

New World (Emancipation)

Graffiti Bridge (Graffiti Bridge)

When We're Dancing Close and Slow (Prince)

the guitar jam at the end of Shy is really cool- granted it took me a few listens to truly appreciate it

and I think Arrogance is a nice transition into the next song on Love Symbol

I don't always make it a point to skip songs but when I do those are the likely ones. The albums I skip altogether are the following:

I'd have to disagree with the first two on your list-

the guitar jam at the end of Shy is really cool- granted it took me a few listens to truly appreciate it

I've permanently removed those first three from my playlists. I don't miss them, no more than I miss mixing Tony M. out of 95% of D&P and prince albums.

Almost none.

I hated Jughead until I heard it live.

I always tried 2 understand where Prince was coming from either musically or lyrically.

It was a like a music class.........I can't learn if I skip tracks.

I always fould his arrangements interesting so I'd have listen 2 understand and learn how 2 play.

The live versions of Free I prefer and don't skip. That said, there are time when Wendy and Lisa just don't hit right when singing background on the chorus live. That can be distracting. The album version is missing something I didn't realize until I heard some live takes. Electric Intercourse is like that too. I very much prefer his chest voice rehearsal take.

What it feels like just came on my 200 disc changer. I skipped it.

I wouldn't have skipped it if I was listening to the album, but as a random track it got on my nerves. And way too loud.
