I guess it comes down to personal choice but I think Jesse Johnson's Verbal Penetration album is miles better than anything Judith Hill has done. That being said, I've only actually heard Back In Time and Golden Child (enjoyed both) but Verbal Penetration kicks their asses.

The title track, Propaganda, Slo Burnin and Get Next To You are all great tracks but the two that stand out for me the most are 100 Watts Of Funky and Sheila Rae. Those two songs are right up there with Prince's best work and a shining example of just how good Jesse Johnson is.
