I sincerely hope nobody buys it, that the Estate goes bankrupt, that someone will buy the assets for cheap and starts releasing something unheard/unseen/not circulating. Anything. |

The Estate is just lazy. They should automatically do these Expanded and Remastered versions for all his albums (At least the first 15 years or so) But we need more too.

There’s simply no need. I have 2 copies of the album on vinyl, my old cassette, CD, all the 12” singles, and a full playlist including stuff like the live video version of America, and other cool stuff from that era. There’s nothing here I don’t already own. |

I will definitely buy it just because it is remastered.
They could have at least add the music videos, outtakes and some live tracks from other tours.

You're all acting emotional. The estate is not going to get bankrupt, when even no one buys the resissue of ATWIAD. And they're not getting rich(er) on selling stupid merch either. - Since the very beginning, it's all Prince's result/fault actually, and we all know it. He once took these men in inside his world; you reep what you sow. Now we have Prince's own (black) folks stealing, Spicing it up and MakingMillions, on his back catalogue and creativeness. Whatever comes next, will always be less, incomplete and frustrating for any fan. Get over it, live with it. Not much changed since Prince was alive tbh. I'm giving in. It's over, and already since a long time ago. Just hope these same sort of thieves/egocentric elite traders release some shit now and then. It'll be far more exciting. And we can make our own quality or remaster, art up to everyone's likes. - I hope for more leaks since there will be no vault tracks released. Whatever.

I know it is hard for us as a fanbase to get organised around efforts like this, there are folk who just have to buy all the things. However... I do think the only way for fans to send a clear message that the estate needs a change of management and a change of strategy is if we get serious and vote with our purses / wallets. |

Already decided the same. They'll get no money from me. I have all this already. I'll probably pick up a second hand physical version wait a year or two when it's less than half price. No rush, nothing new. The only money the estate will get from me is when they release unreleased music. blah blah blah |
