Movie Fear Street: Prom Queen - Prince So netflix has this new movie "Fear street: prom queen" a slasher movie out who´s story takes us back to the 1980s. In the movie you see a Poster of Prince in the room of one teenage hero´s own room. The hero Lori wants to hear prince from the Prom´s DJ, but in the whole movie you don´t hear one note of Prince´s music. It´s weird, so I thought myself maybe the movie relates indirectly to the cancelled Prince documentary...!? |

How does a slasher movie about a prom queen relate to a canceled Prince documentary?

It's Netflix, maybe the doc was supposed to be released on Netflix around the time this movie was releaased on there, so a little bit of hype or advertisement in a Netflix movie for a Netflix doc

It's a Netflix original, that should say enough on the quality

In a random tangiential way. Sometimes I like to check out the "Fear Street" series of films--worth a chuckle! TrivialPursuit said:
