Not to me. MPLSound is dope. I also like the (for somereasonupopular) 20TEN. To me it's classic Prince. "Sticky Like Glue" is a blissfully funky.

Chaos and Disorder is a great album, maybe his most underrated.
I would urge everyone to revisit it.

Ditch "Dig U Better Dead" (or place it in the middle, it makes little sense as the closing track, although it's not really the closing track, considering "Had U" was the hidden one), and cut the last two minutes of "I Rock, Therefore I am" (the raggamuffin is up there with the cringiest moments in the whole discography), and you almost have a classic.

Chaos and Disorder and The Truth are very, very enjoyable oddities.

I hated NPS when it came out...but it's grown on me over the years. Its nowhere near my top 10 but its not a bad little album imo.
