Thanks this is a cool performance. The official Prince channel should be full of stuff like this.

Gosh - what a blast - As I've learnt more about different types of music, and the history of black music in America - I really have an appreciation for this performance, in a way that I wouldn't have, many years ago.


What a genius of a performance and must have been such a joy - So much packed in - In some ways it betters the Super Bowl show.

Dare I say that Prince didn't look happy during this performance?

He could do all these stage tricks and gimmicks in his sleep, on automatic pilot it seems to me.

I can not see much joyment here. He does what is expected.

Briliant musical performance still, but lack of freshness to me.

It even seems like there is tension written on his face.

I've watched it now several times in a row.

And, the very last moment of the performance, Sheila knocks the cymbal, Prince looks somehow displaced for a sec. And that hug wasn't a very 'well meant' one, imho.

Like, keeping up some appearances.

It is not just you

This is def a show by the numbers, it didn't have that P energy somethings feeling a bit off.

Still cool nonetheless.

And the hug was really awkward, like a pat on the back, a quick glance and let's gtfo
