Missing from The Hits/The B-Sides What song do you think the hits 1 and 2 is missing the most? I've always wondered why "Let's Work" wasn't on the collection. | |

Not to say I'd like to see it on there, but the most obvious
missing track is "Batdance". It ranked a lot higher in the charts than 95% of the other songs. But I can see why they'd let it off. "Girls&Boys", "I Wish U Heaven", "Glam Slam", "Scandalous" are a few others. Personally, I always miss "Mountains" & "$ Don't Matter" when I listen to it. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Perhaps "Let's Work" or "Paisley Park" (especially the latter, in my mind).
"Batdance" was omitted, but honestly, it borrows so liberally from "200 Balloons" that I don't miss the track. | |

I would have liked 2 see more than 1 parade track on there... 
...Partyman maybe too...and Paisley Park...and MDM2N,Let's Work, any other track from Lovesexy... ...actually thinking about it now, there's probably enough 4 a 3rd Hits Cd to be released

I would have loved to see "Violet" there, too. Definitely one of my favorites. But it probably doesn't qualify as a B-side since it's technically a remix. Well... it's labeled a remix, but beyond that it's as much a B-side as 200 Balloons, dammit! So what held it back was its title. Damn titles. The Normal Whores Club | |

from what I understand, the reason there weren't certain Batman songs on there was because they used the actor's voices in the big ones, and didn't want to pay the royalties to Nicholson, Keaton or Bassinger... but that is just what I've heard. Well, the B-sides CD in my case..  ...I have the 3CD set, but the CD with B-sides is missing for over 2 years now...so that's what I'm missing  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

These b-sides...are they talking the about mainstream hits that are the ones on this 3 CD set? Because a lot of songs mentioned, that I even thought about, from 'Lovesexy', and 'Parade' were not released as singles, and were not on the charts...or someone refresh...was the song, for instance, 'I wonder U', or 'I wish U heaven' on the charts? If not, then I can somewhat understand why some would say 'Batdance', but not some of the others(?)...although they all VERY WELL SHOULD BE!!!
