If Prince was on The Org all the time…what was his handle???

I think I might have privately communicated with him.

I feel like surely he'd have multiple handles so it wouldn't become obvious.

hard to believe Prince chatted openly with some here.

he's was smarter than that (i hope).

for sure it's possible he had a profile and had a look on conversations without replying,

like so many here do.

Another thing; he could/would've sued more people while talking we were talking about boots etc.

I would rather think Londell was in here, maybe he still is.

You don't need an account to read messages. However I have somewhere in my brain the information that he did indeed have an account, that Ben knew which one, etc. But maybe I made this up, I don't know.

I used to get messages from "TeddyBlackface", and I'm pretty sure it was him.

He had many.

The one he used at the time we met was TeddyBlackFace.

After that was discovered he started changing it up.

The other one that I thought was him but nevr verified was CoCoCrip.

According to this thread, and what Giovanni777 wrote (Reply #92), TeddyBlackFace was just an "well studied" impostor:

"how/ when was it confirmed ?????

A) The mods here confirmed it 4 me.
B) He/She pointed out a blog that was shortly thereafter confirmed fake.
C) There is an Orger who has a friend who is known 2 impersonate Prince on that level. This Orger was involved.

That's all.".

Prince never said he was Teddy or Crip.........but after having an actual conversation with the man in Vegas it didn't matter.

I always got the sense the Prince was playing games and saw the whole thing as a joke. Even when he was being serious, it was like an inside joke that only he knew. That entire year was quite strange now that I look back on it. Purple crazy is what I call it.

There is probably a zero chance of zeroing in on the handles Prince used on the org.

He literally played a "ghost" haunting the org. As soon as a handful of people "think" they knew he was lurking, he changed it up. It was not something he really wanted anyone 2 know about.

You don't have to log in to read comments here.
Why would he get involved in discussions about himself?
Maybe he was just a silent observer.

I dont know about Prince, but MJ didn't know how to go on the internet.
He wasn't aware about Youtube until a few months before his death, to watch previous shows that leaked with his choreographer, to prépare for This IS It.
Hé wasn't clearly intérested in googling his name , to see what people Said About him, or what had leaked...

I don't know about prince, but my great-grandmother never heard the word internet.
She might've had a library card. I don't really know, though. I was just a kid while she was still alive and I hardly knew her. She wasn't really my great-grandmother, anyway, as my father was adopted and wasn't a blood relative of his parents.

There might be more similarity between Prince habits and MJ's, than between Prince and your grandmother.

Then again, there might not.

Because there's a website where people are talking about you and your work. Of course you're going to throw in your two cents from time to time.

Band members/assistants were also probably around too.

When he streamed the AOA launch party, YouTuber Shameless Maya said he had someone monitoring what fans were saying in real time. That can only have been the org.

Very doubtful.

Prince and MJ were opposites in many ways, this is likely another element to throw on the pile.

Not to mention Prince was talking about "Does Not Compute" in 1982, was talking about online dating in 1996, opened the first online webstore to sell independent releases in 1998, and declared the internet "over" in like 2005.

I really don't even get why you're crowbarring in MJ trivial pursuit factoids outside of your normal schtick in the non-Prince forum to be honest...

In his defense he did try to shelve that release Black Album style but Daily Mirror refused.

He was successful in ensuring it didn't get released globally anyway.
