It's time to reach out to the Estate

info@paisleypark.com

Here's the address to contact Paisley Park. Send 'em an email to let Londell and Charles know how the fans really feel about their terrible job performance. If anyone has professional email addresses for Londell and Charles individually, please share them here.

We need to do more than just complain amongst ourselves on this dying forum.

Or you could try maybe this:

Miles Marshall Lewis on X...’d?" / X

Maybe send him a list of questions and some constructive critisism?

It would be nice if you could at least post a link to the court documents, if you don't feel like directly posting the contact details here.

Maybe we could all buy some & watch it dry?

There is a contact form on the prince.com website where they ask what products we'd like to see..maybe if 3000 people filled it in asking for unreleased music, they might just get it?

I've been here for a very long time and I like this place because it's public, indexed by search engines, etc. But this kind of behaviour is insane. sad

Come on, guys. When someone posts something useful, don't act like jackasses. Be kind. Make some effort.

And public and indexed are the exact reasons why I won't post other people's personal details here, but I thought that's obvious. smile

I understand that nayroo could have been less rude in their response, but it's so frustrating when people claim to know pertinent information and then choose not to share a link or point people in a more definitive direction. That kind of wishy-washy "I know something you don't" attitude is offputting in its own right.

none of that happened in this topic here, Kares just said where to find the info and maybe even more in the docs that arent hard to find or anything and most of the people here proabbly already have downloaded when it was a sticky here.
No wonder nobody stays here to give out info.

ofcourse not,

this store is operated by Musictoday.

They will just say that they are not handling the music side of the business: contact the Estate lol

This is where you can find the public court documents:

https://www.mncourts.gov/...elson.aspx

You'll might have to download a few until you find a particular person's details you're looking for, but it shouldn't take long.

Thanks for the address, but they are knuckleheads. The only thing that will even remotely get them to do anything has to be based on their own personal benefits from it. They don't care about the music nor the legacy nor the fans.

They care about transactional relationships and making money from things they never had a hand in.

Stop buying anything that isn't a new release and hope to God someone with a shit ton of money buys out the Estate so we can all just get on with releasing the copius amounts of killer concert films, rehersals, unfinished albums, songs, remixes, vault tracks, etc...

The flunkies working for the Estate will never do any of that.

I have absolutely no love for the Estate, but a constructive feedback might have some effect. Maybe? The timing, form, and content for that feedback would have to be carefuly considered. Anything agressive would be counterproductive. I can't see Prince fans collaborating on a common "letter", but even individual fans contacting them could be a positive thing. If done with good intentions.

You want some New SDEs ?
Then buying D&P SDE would be a good start.
I know Many orgers here didn't buy it.
Then how Come complaining later they dont release anything at all, while in fact when they are releasing something of quality, you actually dont buy it ( physically I mean).

There's something archaic to the SDE concept indeed. I always thought that all the vault material included, as much as I like it or not, doesn't add much to the album in question.

Ideally, the vault material should have their own release (under whatever concept) and the original albums (rightly remastered if you will) should be left alone.

I reckon this is not realistic at all so it's not really a complaint. But sometimes it's good to think outside the box and question the formats we're being catered.
