I heard both songs before but Trouble sounds like Living in The New Wave. What's up with that?

Trouble and So Fine are just instrumental versions of two songs from André Cymone's first albums. They first appeared on the Studio Nights bootleg collection in 1995 and, like Suzie Lovelace by BrownMark, apparently ended-up there either by mistake or maliciously passed as Prince tracks, but as far as we know he had nothing to do with them. All those tracks (as well as the City Lights series) apparently came from a single individual's personal collection, so it's likely this person also had those three tracks on tape and just gave them to the bootlegger alongside the Prince tracks.

It's actually a brilliant idea. I guess most interviewees would have to be blurred and be very careful of what they say (illegal shit remains illegal, though it's possible statute of limitations may be applicable in some old cases), and it remains to be seen how many people would actually be willing to talk, but it would be very, very interesting.

A great idea, especially for newer fans. Those of us that grew up along with it know a lot of the stories and history of the releases (The early days with Jewel Box and Crucial, the excitement around Dreams, and Cosmos, and H2O!)... it would be cool to see that in a history.

I see it more working as a book instead of a documentary for obvious reasons. It could be informative (sources, processes, distribution...) and at the same time hilarious in regard of behind-the-scenes, shit you couldn't make it up.
