Recording at Paisley Park Has anybody ever compiled a definitive list of all the artists who have recorded at Paisley Park but not for it?

There may or may not be something coming!

I'm not even sure how accurate that list is, though. Didn't REM record there, too? Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

REM’s Out of Time was mixed there, not recorded. That’s probably true if other in this second list. [Edited 3/22/24 3:26am]

Thanks for the replies and info. I was thinking of more obscure or surprising instances. Like Sting recording Demolition Man, which is probably on Discogs, but I haven't checked at the time, of writing. Or David Bowie, purportedly.

Drop Dead Fred
Filming Principal photography for "Drop Dead Fred" began on August 6, 1990 and ended on September 22, 1990.
Filming took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The reason the film was shot in Minneapolis was because producer Paul Webster felt that it was not only cost effective, but Minneapolis represented a generic American city as opposed to Los Angeles, California; San Francisco, California; or New York.
A large part of the film was shot at Prince's Paisley Park Studios in the suburb of Chanhassen. It had been said that Prince used to visit the set every night once filming had stopped for the day to mess around and admire the costumes & props.
