RNR LOVE AFFAIR Loving the Jamie Lewis Stripped Down mix of this -I'm guessing the guitar work is by Prince - so did he add additional production to the mix or what?? |

So we are to assume the rhythm guitar was already somehwere on the stems/tracks that Jamie received. Seems odd as the sound of it doesn't fit the style of the Prince versions. |

...it's like i still think that Prince did that Prince-ly guitar lick on "She Drives Me Crazy" by the Fine Young Cannibals cuz the song was produced by David Z at Paisley Park. But, maybe, just maybe, it coulda been the P on the six string... "Whatever skin we're in

But there aren't many parts at all, so the space between them becomes part of the sound.” So not Prince on guitar on it. There may or may not be something coming! |

I have similarly wondered about the rhythm guitar in the Espresso remix of Breakfast Can Wait. It’s great, but I don’t know whether it’s Prince or Josh. |
