Favorite P Guitar Solos?

Some of the absolute best guitar solos the man ever did IMO (and also the most slept on):

So Far So Pleased
She Spoke To Me

Too good. I'm wondering specifically about solos on his studio albums but if there are favorite live solos feel free to put them here too (there are a hell of a lot of great ones obviously).

A favourite of mine is the solo during The Ride at the aftershow at Bagley's in London 1993. It can be seen on The Sacrifice Of Victor home video.

Formerly TheDigitalGardener etc.

Just My Imagination - August 19, 1988, The Hague, Netherlands

At the end of NPG AHDIO #1, when he "finger-dances" around one or two notes over the backdrop of "Days O' Wild".

The guitar sound is on fire, Prince's timing is perfect and the emotion pours heavily over.

Hair-standing, teeth-grinding, head-shaking...

If there ever was a ghost pepper of a solo, this is it...

because it always catches me off guard and leaves me with eyes full of tears whew

I love the understated brilliance of the guitar break in Little Red Corvette. I admit that there are many others. Also, A Question of U is definitely up there 😎✌️🎸

Another vote for the Lovesexy era here - even though I am more of a 90s onwards Prince guitar fan

The emotion in a few notes, the groove, the theatrics, the slick jazz/blues licks, the build!! eek

Gotta check ´Rave´ and re-listen to ´The Ride 93, but how could I forget the Joy in Repetition 2002? And All the Critics live in Montreux is such a hidden gem
